In this course, you will learn the ancient Himalayan traditional singing bowl technique, held in high esteem by Tibetan monks for centuries. You will also learn about modern scientific research, will discover the new world of sound and vibration from the perspective of numbers, and hertz, and will find out how all of this is synchronized with the vibrations of our brain and planet. Also, you will learn modern crystal bowl techniques and gong techniques. Our training is not only about working with singing bowls and gongs, but also the door to the world of sound and vibration.

Learn the science and philosophy of sound healing. Sound healing effect with singing bowl. Practical part: How to work and how to extract sound from Tibetan singing bowls and crystals

DAY 02 - Sessions

10:00 - 14:00 Sessions. Demonstration of massage and training for the technology of massage with Tibetan and crystal singing bowl
14:00 - 15:00 Lunch
15:00 - 18:00 Sessions. Demonstration group Bali healing meditation with Tibetan and crystal singing bowl. Practice how to lead group meditation. Practice: - 45 minutes
18:00 - 19:00 Dinner
20:00 - 21:00 Sessions. Space energy cleansing. Crystal clearing and Rainbow crystal chakra balancing session technique. Charging up your food and drink. Easy self-care and stress relief techniques to improve productivity, relationships, health, and so much more. Rainbow crystal chakra balance together with singing bowl massage

Experienced Sound healing / elevating. I recommend this to all people from all walks of life. We took our 5 year old daughter and she was happy to engage, and felt as we did, in a safe environment to do so.
