DAY 01 - Airport Pick Up (TBA) & The Art of Letting Go

We often try to change something external when the thing that is holding us back from our ideal state is internal. We need to learn to let go of all the self-confidence and emotional patterns that no longer serve us to create space for positive change to occur in our lives. The art of letting go is about trusting our journey, playing fully but not being tied to the outcome.

DAY 02 - Transform Your Relationships

Our most underrated relationship is our relationship with ourselves because it sets the tone for all the other relationships we have. Cultivating healthy relationships is about falling in love with yourself and sharing that love with people who value you rather than pursuing love to compensate for the self-love deficit. It is time to let go of toxic relationships, fun people, and emotional exhaustion!

Combining storytelling, journaling, psychoanalysis, and reading independent oracle decks creatively, this highly inspiring workshop will help you to better understand the truth about who you are, connect more deeply with your inner voice, and cultivate more self-confidence and inner strength. Owning your story and loving yourself with no regrets about going through that process is the bravest thing you can ever do for yourself.

DAY 03 - Healthy Mind-Body Connection

Your body has its intelligence, it eats not only the food you eat, but everything you say, think, and do. The key to living a healthier life treating your body well and being disciplined. Learn to set healthy boundaries, manage stress, and change negative self-confidence.

You'll learn Gua Sha, aka friction therapy, and amazing facial yoga techniques to add that extra glow to your skin and gain a deeper understanding of the practice of loving yourself to live a more balanced, healthy, and happy life.

DAY 04 - Attracting Beautiful Abundance

How is your relationship with money? Does money often make you anxious? Are you ashamed of having too little (or too much) wealth? Abundance is a mindset, what's holding you back is limiting confidence like "I've always struggled with money", "this promotion is too good for me", and "who am I to deserve such a great man?". Let's change that belief and start welcoming the beautiful abundance into life because you truly deserve the best life has to offer.

In this great workshop, you will first learn how to use Fengshui, the quantum physics of your home environment to harmonize your inner and outer energy fields so that effective manifestation can occur in your life. Then you will be guided through a series of amazing exercises to 'improve' your relationship with wealth and learn to apply the gift of abundance to benefit not only your life but the lives of others.
